To Promote a Query
You can share data
queries that you have created with other members of your team, by promoting
your query to
Shared Queries.
Follow these steps to promote a query.
- Open Query Browser.
- In My Queries, select the query that you want to move.

Click to expand its context menu (
), and then select
Promote to Shared.
For example,
The duplicate query appears in Shared Queries, and is accessible to members of your team.
